All rates are for single or double occupancy and are subject to Florida sales and bed tax.

Extra person charge - $20.00 per person/per night

A deposit of one night’s room rental, plus tax, is required to guarantee your reservation.

Any balance due is payable upon arrival;

Checkin: 3 p.m. or after

Checkout: 11 a.m.

Due to our small number of rooms, cancellations and shortened stays can affect us greatly.

All cancellations are subject to a $30.00 bookkeeping fee.

Reservations must be cancelled no later than 48 hours prior to arrival to receive refund of deposit, less cancellation fee.

Cancellations made after the above deadline will result in forfeiture of deposit if we are unable to re-book the room.

No refunds for early departures.

3% service charge added to credit card sales.
